6:15AM – Ultimate Frisbee at Heritage Oval
* I’ve made it 6:15 so that if any of you rock up to the box at 6am, then there is time to drive up to Heritage.
Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5
* Hold same weight across all sets.
* Choose a weight that you could perform 7-8 reps with.
* This is NOT a test, this is training.
