Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5

* It may only seem like 25 reps.
* However, the weight should be heavy enough that after your first set of five, you are thinking “OMG I can’t believe we have to do four more sets”.
* Weightlifting shoes or barefeet. No chunky joggers.
