·       60 Double-unders

·       30 Sit-ups OR GHD’s OR a mixture

 

 

Focus:

·   Consistent sets

·   Strong leg drive on the deadlifts

·   Rhythm on the Double unders or jump height for single unders

·   Breathing and short recovery time
