Unbroken DUs if possible, run the 400s at 75-80% of max.

 

For Time:

 

35 Minute CAP

 

50 – 40 – 30 – 20 – 10

 

·   Double-unders

·   Dumb-bell V-ups

·   Wall-balls (RX 9/6 kg)

·   400 meter run at the end of each set (5 runs).

 

If finished early recovery calories on Ski-Erg or Assault Bike or Rower
