Partner 2: AMRAP

 

·    8 Kettlebell Snatches (RX 24/16 kg) alternating arms

·    8 Kettlebell Overhead Lunge steps

·    8 sit-ups

 

 

Partner 1 takes over from where Partner 2 is up to.
