Handstand Push-ups+ Pull-ups

5 minutes warm-up, then 5 sets @ every 2 minutes

• 1st minute – 5 HSPU’s
• 2nd minute – 5 strict pull-ups

WOD

Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes

10 rounds

• 3 Bar Muscle-ups or 6 Chest-to-bars
• 6 dumb-bell snatches (RX 22.5/15 kg) alternating arms
• 6 burpees
