• Falling practice!!!
• finger/shoulder taps
• lateral/crab walks
• wheelbarrows
• partner assisted walks

WOD

7 rounds for time:

26 minute CAP

• 3 burpee ring muscle-ups or jumping transitions
• 5 box jumps (30”/24”)
• 10 sit-ups or GHD’s
• 5 meter handstand walk or 2 wall-walks
