Overhead Complex skills development:
10 rounds @ 90 seconds

• Power snatch
• Overhead lunge step – 1 each leg
• Overhead squat

Use a weight that will allow good challenging form

Part B

AMRAP 16 minutes:

Incremental ladder increasing +1 rep

• Deadlift (Athletic 102/70 kg)
• Hand-stand push-ups
Start @ 1 rep each, then 2 reps each, 3 reps each…….
