Part A
Three position Power Snatch:

• Start – hang-high hang position power snatches building to heavy set

10 rounds every 90 seconds of three position power snatch
• Pick a weight that will challenge but allow good form.

Part B
18 minute AMRAP:

• 10 Power snatches (athletic 61/43 kg)
• 10 deadlift (same bar & weight)
• 5 box-jumps (30”/24”)
• 200 meter run
