• 1 Bar/ring MU = 4 points
• 1 C-T-Bar = 3 points
• 1 pull-up = 1 point
• 1 Toes-to-bar = 2 points
• 1 ring row or dip = 1 point
• 1 HSPU = 3 points
• 1 wall-walk = 4 points
• 1 push-up = 1 point
• 30 DU’s = 5 points
• 400 m run = 10 points
• 200 m run = 5 points

No other length runs allowed
