Floor – Box – Wall
• finger/shoulder taps
• thigh taps
• lateral walks around box
• wheelbarrows
• partner assisted walks
• walking practice

Part B

AMRAP 22 minutes:

• 6 meters handstand walk or 4 wall-walks
• 20 sit-ups or 15 GHD’s
• 30 double-unders
• 3 ring Muscle-ups
• 15 air squats
