200m sandbag stretcher carry
Mens: Stretcher = 2 metal rods +20kg sandbag (approx. 50kg)
Womens: Stretcher = 2 metal rods or 2 plastic rods + 10kg sandbag
Then combined 100 double-unders
20 bar glide pull out/jumping transitions  
One person working at a time on the double-unders and bar glide pull outs
