As the load increases reduce the reps to singles towards the heavy end

Part B

Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes

• 3 muscle-ups or 6 pull-ups and 6 ring-dips
• 5 power cleans (84/61)
• 7 burpees

Scale weights and rep numbers to get at least 15 seconds rest between rounds
