WOD – Friday 6 July 2018

Part A) 5 x 5 Front Squat

Part B) 20 Minute AMRAP in teams.

Athletes split up evenly among the Tyres (Choose Large or Small Tyre)

Among your team – 1 Tyre Flip + 3 Burpee Tyre Jumps = 1 Point

*Full hip extension on top of the tyre.
*Athletes may take it in turns to flip the tyre or assist each other as needed.
*Tyre may be flipped in any direction (back and forward if needed)
*All athletes must complete 3 Burpee Tyre Jumps for every flip.
*Track your points and put your final team score on the board with athlete names and either Large or Small tyre.
