At one end of rig:
10 KB Sumo Deadlift Highpulls 32/24
Overhead Plate Lunge Walk rig 25/15
At other end of rig:
10 Push-ups
Overhead Plate Lunge Walk rig 25/15

Part C ) Bar Reverse Over practice interspersed with stretching.
