10 Minute AMRAP/cut-off

Single arm kettlebell snatches

Test standards:

  • Kettlebell locked out overhead on each rep at the top
  • Kettlebell must pass behind knees on each rep at the bottom
  • May swap arms as many times as needed
  • May put kettle bell down as many times as needed

*Gloves are highly recommended.

*This test only takes 10 minutes. If you do it properly, as hard as you can, you won’t want to do anything else that day.
