Part A

10 minute EMOM
10 Overhead Squats
* Broomstick
* No shoes

Part B

20 minute EMOM
8 Push-ups
5 Burpees
3 Pull-ups
* Stand under the rig at your station
* If you start taking longer than 45 seconds drop a rep from the pull-ups backwards ie the last rep to drop is the first push-up 🙂
* No bands on pullups
