4 rounds:

1st minute: 5 hang squat clean and 1 jerk
2nd minute: 4 hang squat clean and 2 jerks
3rd minute: 3 hang squat clean and 3 jerks
4th minute: 2 hang squat clean and 4 jerks
5th minute: 1 hang squat clean and 5 jerks

Rest 3 minutes in between each round.
