150 Burpee Pull-ups
Run 16km.

* yes the “full stop” is in the right place.
* you can choose 40/50/60/70/80/90 min cutoff.
* you can’t just hog the pull-ups or stick to the running/rowing.
* must be done in sets of 10 Burpee pull-ups and 800m run/row.
