NB: 15 laps of the velodrome is pretty much exactly 5k. Or, if you didn’t do the burpees yesterday, you can do 150 burpees for time – decisions, decisions!

haven’t ran for about 2 months so didn’t know how it would feel, so just set out on a nice pace and was feeling good at halfway so stepped it up: i thought.

so a new PB improving from about 20mins

i found that my run was about 20m short of 5km so that time is not officially a pb for me
