Congratulations to Ian Clark, Josie Wiedman, Heather Roberts, Gillie Boyd, Chris Nielsen, Joely Dowsett, Wendy Norgren, Matt Hickey, and me (Jo) for their efforts at todays Hard’nup. You all did CrossFit Toowoomba very proud. I’ll get some more photos up soon – so email them to me if you got ‘em.

An absolute awesome day which certainly challenaged me. Wendy is having to learn how to walk again after her muscles tightened up…. someone didn’t stretch.
