WOD – Friday 8 March 2013

13.1 – written on the board at the box. Burpees and Snatches.

Firstly I apologise for the chaos at the box during the 13.1 heats. I really wasn’t prepared for the first WOD to be a 17 minute AMRAP. I am sorry to all the unregistered peeps who got stuck on the rowers. I will be more organised Friday.

For all Open registered participants – 13.1 will be available – you will need to pair up when you get here and be prepared to count each other.

1. If you have already done 13.1 – it’s your turn on the rowers: 4 x 500m.
2. If you are not registered, you will still be doing a burpee and snatch wod: 17 min AMRAP of 20 burpees over the bar and 20 snatches (choose own weight).
