1. Row 10 calories. Add 2 calories each minute. Until you die.
2. Deadball 1 over shoulder. Add 1 rep each minute. Until you die.
3. Box jump 1 rep. Add 1 rep each minute. Until you die.
4. Ring dip 1 rep. Add 1 rep each minute. Until you die.
You need to select 2 of the above.
