* A warmup will be posted on the whiteboard near the roller door.
* CrossFit Kids finishes at 4pm, so there will be a strict 4pm start time. You may warmup earlier outside, but the kids have the box for their session.

Just letting you know that I am not being slack I strained my lower back doing bloody housework. It is much better now so I hope to be back Friday but I am really sad to be missing the WOD today as these are the ones I really enjoy.
