<li><strong><span style="color: #008000;">Saturday 4 September &#8211; 2pm Indoor Rockclimbing</span></strong>. This is instead of the 4pm session on Saturday afternoon. <li><strong><span style="color: #008000;">CrossFit Newcastle 30 &amp; 31 Oct.</span></strong>  Thinking out loud here &#8211; anyone interested in doing a road trip to the Newcastle Games weekend 30/31st October. Idea is to hire a minibus drive down together. Let me know if you&#8217;re interested or any other thoughts on it. Will have to be quick though so we can all register.</li>
